Ingredients:


3 large eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 3/4 cups light brown sugar -- firm pack

1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring -- (opt)

3 cups milk

1 cup salted pecans -- chopped

3 cups whipping cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat eggs until foamy in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add sugar, beat until thickened. Add milk, cream, vanilla, and maple flavor, mix well. Stir in pecans. Chill. Churn-freeze. Makes 3 quarts.
